Privacy Policy
How RPD Tools handles tool inputs, accounts, messages, saved data and security controls.
Tool inputs
Most tools process input during the request and show the result immediately. Calculation history is saved only when recent calculation storage is enabled by the site owner.
Accounts
If you create an account, RPD Tools may store your name, email address, password hash, saved items, account status, creation time and login timestamps. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Password reset emails
Password reset emails contain a short-lived reset link and are sent only when requested. Expired and used reset tokens are periodically removed.
Contact messages
Contact forms may store your name, email address, subject, category, message, IP address and submission time so the site owner can review and respond to feedback or support requests.
Short links
The URL shortener stores the destination URL, generated alias, click count and creation date so short links can redirect and report basic usage.
QR codes
QR codes are generated locally in the browser using a self-hosted script. The QR content is not sent to a third-party QR service.
Admin access
The admin area is protected with session security, login protections, password hashing and activity records used for maintenance and abuse prevention.
Cookies
RPD Tools uses a session cookie for sign-in state and form security. Browser preferences, such as dark mode and locally saved utility data, may be stored in your browser local storage.
Retention and cleanup
Maintenance cleanup may remove expired reset tokens, older traffic records, older admin activity records, rate-limit rows and saved calculation history based on configured retention settings.
Data removal
Admins can clear recent calculations, delete short links, manage contact messages and remove user records from the admin panel. For privacy or data removal requests, contact no-reply@tools.rpdtech.co.in.
